1. Eligibility & Legal Compliance
✔ You must be 21+ years old to purchase cannabis in California.
✔ You agree to upload valid government-issued ID, Drivers License or Passport for verification.
✔ Cannabis Concierge operates in compliance with all local and state laws. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are legally permitted to purchase and use cannabis products in your jurisdiction.
2. Orders, Payments & Discounts
✔ New Clients: Get 50% off their first order with coupon code NEWBUDS50 (minimum purchase of $150 required).
✔ Returning Clients: Enjoy ongoing promotions and loyalty rewards.
✔ Orders must meet our minimum purchase requirement for delivery: $50
✔ All orders are final—we do not accept refunds or exchanges on products unless there is a manufacturer defect.
💳 Accepted Payments: We accept cash or credit/debit and reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity.
💳 Credit Card Chargebacks: Your bank statement will show the charge by PINNACLE MARKETING – THIS IS OUR Payment Processor! Any chargebacks you will be put on a list of DNS and banned indefinitely – NO EXCEPTIONS. Don’t ruin it for everyone else.
💵 5% Discount on Cash Orders: All cash orders receive a 5% discount on their total concurrent with other deals and discounts
3. Loyalty Program
✔ All registered customers are automatically enrolled in our Loyalty Program.
✔ Earn 1 point for every $50 spent.
✔ New users receive 1 bonus point just for signing up!
✔ Loyalty points have no cash value and can only be redeemed on future purchases.
4. Delivery & Pickup
🚗 Delivery Availability: We deliver to Aliso Viejo, Foothill Ranch, Ladera Ranch, Lake Forest, Irvine, Rancho Santa Margarita, Coto De Caza, Laguna Woods, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Hills, Mission Viejo and will soon be expanding!
✔ Orders must be placed within our operating hours: 9:30 AM – 9:30 PM Monday – Friday
✔ A valid ID must be presented upon delivery.
✔ We reserve the right to refuse service if you are intoxicated, can’t cover your bill or unable to provide a valid ID.

✔ By purchasing from Cannabis Concierge, you acknowledge that you are using these products at your own risk.
